The Best Time to Visit Thailand
To visit outside of the rainy season then you will want to plan a trip to Thailand between November – March to minimise the rain. However, we visited in the peak of the wet season and we loved it because it was nice and quiet. Generally, Thailand is pretty much an all-year round destination depending on what 1you’re looking for and which area of the country you’re visiting!
Safety
Thailand is generally a really safe destination and there is not a moment in time where we felt differently the 2 weeks that we were there! Like any destination you visit, you need to be mindful about tourist scams and people with bad intentions.
However, a lot of the areas in Thailand are very touristy and the Thai people are very friendly and accommodating so like us, you are unlikely to feel unsafe. You may want to be more cautious around Bangkok just because capital cities can attract more trouble especially in terms of pickpockets.
We absolutely loved our time in Thailand and we can’t wait to go back and visit again. We explored a lot of Thailand’s waters so our next trip, we want to do a lot more land-based sightseeing!
